Dr Katarzyna Stefanicka-Erecińska is a chartered psychologist and holds a doctoral degree in counselling psychology from City University London. Prior to her doctorate, she graduated with a degree in psychology from University of Wroclaw and completed training in psychotherapy at the Krakow Psychodynamic Centre.
She has more than a decade-worth of clinical and supervisory experience in her private practice, the charity sector and the National Health Services (NHS) where she worked at an inpatient personality disorder unit and in primary care.
Dr Stefanicka-Erecińska is also one of the co-founders of Polish Psychologists’ Association (PPA) – a registered charity offering mental health support to the Polish community in Britain. She has extensive experience in both mental health research as well as consultancy and training.
